Bayberry Farms Apartments

"I have lived at Bayberry since March of 2017. The complex is well maintained and secure. Maintenance is readily available when requested and done correctly the first time. The garage is such an asset when one owns a motorcycle. And all staff are friendly and concerned about our needs. It's hard to get a loft apartment, but if you can, they are the best. My guests feel as if they are walking into a townhome. I can't recommend Bayberry enough!"

"We are in our 8th year living at Bayberry Farms Apartments. Lauren is exceptional as property manager. Always available, helpful and keeps us informed about anything pertaining to the complex. Robert and the maintenance staff have done an exceptional job in maintaining the property. We have not experienced any major maintenance issue since we have moved in. It is a quite complex with friendly people and in a convenient location. Easily accessible to local businesses, major stores and medical facilities. Enjoyable place to live."

"Bayberry Farms Apartments is home. I've lived in the community twice as I moved out of state for a couple of years and moved back. The owners are blessed to have Lauren as long-time property manager, and to have Robert as long-time maintenance manager. Both of them treat the property and residents with PROMPT professionalism and respect. They treat the property like they are stakeholders in it. I only moved out because it was time to buy a home. If Bayberry Farms Apartments were converted into condos, I would be the very first on the list to buy. I miss you already, Lauren!!!"

"I moved to the Grand Rapids area in February 2021 to help my son and daughter-in-law with a new baby. I was lucky enough to get a one bedroom apartment at Bayberry Farms. It has been a wonderful community to live in. The apartment was very comfortable, and I loved having 2 bathrooms, washer and dryer, and garage. Lauren Peake, Property Manager, was easy to work with and responsive to any questions or needs I had. Robert, the maintenance tech, was so thorough and prompt to any repairs I needed. I can't say enough good things about them. I moved out last week to return home and was sad to leave Bayberry Farms. It is a great location with many good places to eat and so convenient to M6."

"Best apartment complex where I have ever stayed which includes stops in DE, MO, PA, and TX. Grounds are immaculate, maintenance very responsive and the management: the best. They care about the tenants.Convenient to all necessities. I would actually recommend this complex to someone looking for a place....and I never thought I would recommend an apartment complex until my. stay there."
