"A nice apartment complex. It's reasonably quiet even next to the nice children's playground. They do a good job keeping the parking lot clear but they could do some better at de-iceing."
"Lived here for 1-2 years, I can't remember, I was probably 8-10 years old. I remember there being a mini playground but I have no clue if it's still there or not."
"Worst place to try getting a apartment. I new 2 months before I had to be outta my old place. Was trying to get a place here and it dragged on for 4 months+ making me and my family homeless for almost a month. Because we were at the "last thing" before we "move in" but it was one thing after another for 3 months! They called us today and said we were denied because of something that was unrelated to the apartment. Now being in close to a month of being homeless Living in hotels they deny us. THANKS FOR MAKING ME AND MY FAMILY HOMELESS. Worst place in mackinaw city and everyone who works for this company should be ashamed. Now were stuck still living in hotels till we go broke then who knows where we will be. Probably living in a car. AT THAT A MONTH BEFORE CHRISTMAS! Thanks for nothen. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!"
