"To put it plainly, don't settle for their overpriced apartments. Definitely not worth the 900 a month for a studio. I didn't live here but I'm speaking for someone who did and he hated it. Between broken A/C, constantly clogged draining systems, and elevators that are always out of order, it was a constant stress for him. Found a nearby complex that is miles better than this place and costs less, so there are other options."

"It is a calm and peaceful place to live. The rent is reasonable and the new owners are working so hard to upgrade the apartments. I just moved in to one of the newly renovated apartments and it is so beautiful. everything in there is new. Finally, the staff are friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this place to anyone."

"It was nice at the start. Some little problems but nothing bad enough to justify hating the experience of living here so far. Until now. They just changed ownership and immediately began tearing everything up at ungodly hours of the day all day long as loud as possible. Not to mention all the nice staff that worked here are gone, now. My AC is out, which means it probably wasn't checked before I moved in in the late autumn. I just reached out to the office because, in the past, when it was something more serious they sent maintenance right up. This new chick just kept brushing me off and telling me to submit a request that they may be able to get to tomorrow when they still have all day at the point of my call. Acutely aware of the remodeling likely meaning a hike in already overpriced rent, especially with the laundry machines constantly busting and the all of no utilities they cover. Don't lease here. It's not worth it in the slightest and is clearly only getting worse. New ownership is awful already."

"Terrible. The maintenance people are nice. That's about the only nice thing I can say about this apartment facility. The carpet is very cheap. Our dishwasher doesn't open all of the way. The fire alarm sets off way too easily, when I am making something on the stovetop management tells you want to do with your space and stuff and what to buy There's never an elevator. No storage closets to put your bulky items and unused furniture No recycling. No yard. The apartment is not well insulated and they control if the heat or AC is on. It can be a very cold day in September and you'll only have the option of AC. This killed my fish. The garage fees are high (like $50 a month for 1 car) If you live in the 77 apartment building, you have to go across the parking lot to get your mail, even in the winter. They raise the rent every year by 10% since I have started to live here. Halls smell of marijuana: this is a "smoke-free building" Almost no parking in the front Service elevator doesn't work (at least in 77) Loud frat house across the street. Just don't live in Akron."

"It was home for me for almost two years in Akron, and also my first stay in United States. Great maintenance, awesome locality, nice view and balcony. Just couple of mins away from college, and rec center. Only issue I had was with the bed bugs and the cost for the big treatment. Unexpected penalties. Rest, great."
