"I’ve enjoyed my time as a resident at the University Edge. Maintenance is always super quick and does quality work, the gym has a good variety, and the apartments themselves are also comfortable with a nice layout. Infinitely better than any on campus option for school."
"I’ve been living at university edge for two years now and would recommend it to anyone. The staff in the front office, especially Emma and Tierney, are always very polite and helpful. The manager Melanie is also very sweet and always willing to help. Great place to live if you want to move off campus!"

"Lived here for 3 years now going on 4. Have always had a positive experience when dealing with management as well as the girls at the front desk. Tierney and Emma are the ones I usually run into when I have any questions about rent, utilities, etc. and they are really good at explaining and taking care of things like accidental late fees. They bring in a cleaning group frequently to keep the place clean, I just wish they had parking but you won’t find that at any apartment complex in Akron. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to live while going to school."
"They will rack up your late fees and when you have questions they lie about where the extra money comes from. And the management is very hard to work with, you would think you by the way you are treated that you are paying for $5,000 monthly luxury apartments but this place is dirty as hell! I’ve suggested multiple times that they need more doggy bags placed outside of the building and it’s like they do not care. This place will have rats and roaches soon with the lack of cleanliness. The workout room never has clean spray or paper towels. The stairwells are always messy, grimy and stink real bad. No rugs or anything by those doors so if you fall your SOL. The only good thing about this place is it’s somewhat affordable."
