"Louie, our host, is very friendly and helpful both with questions before and after arrival. He has put much time and thought into making his guest rooms very comfortable, and providing essential items for a wide variety of travelers. His recommendation for dinner was excellent, and easy to walk to. The neighborhood felt very safe and attractive, although it was dark when we arrived. His continental breakfast was easy and filling, and the coffee maker had infinite options. The house is very clean, and both the bedroom and shared bathrooms were spotless. The price is very reasonable and a great value."

"Really enjoyed the stay.We rode the towpath bike trail two days. The house was close enough to ride bikes to the trail. There was a locked area to secure the bikes. The rooms were very clean and comfortable We enjoyed the interaction with the other guests and the host. Louie was very helpful with information about the area and things to do. He also supplied maps and brochures that helped us ."

"Spent a weekend here with my girlfriend. Rooms are very nice and clean, if a bit small and we had a shared bathroom. Location is terrific. Nice neighborhood and you are only a couple of blocks from multiple restaurants and watering holes. Plenty of things to do in the area, we had a great time touring nearby Stan Hywet Hall. Parking is a bit limited, but couldn't call it much of a problem really. Not much of a breakfast offered. Mostly just get yourself a hot drink (which costs extra), then pick out some instant oatmeal or something similar. We knew that ahead of time and didn't really partake of breakfast anyhow, but some guests will be put off by that. I'm sure that is all accounted for in the business concept, but given most guests expect a better breakfast than that, maybe charging a bit more per night and offering a genuine breakfast would be more appealing. I suppose that's up to the proprietor. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay and I would certainly consider booking again."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay here and highly recommend booking, you will love it!! We have stayed in many home rentals and Louie’s place definitely is one of the best. His communication from day one was excellent and check in was easy. The house is cozy and inviting as well as spotlessly clean. He obviously cares about the comfort of his guests. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bath room had all the amenities you would need. The neighborhood is charming and this house is walkable to restaurants and shops in Highland Square.
