"Suite was roomy but dated but clean. Very limited power outlets, worn carpet, dated decor, repairs to ceiling obviously in progress, etc. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Did have dinner in the restaurant. Ate in the bar. Server, Megan, was great and the pork chop was excellent."
"Hair counters and bath tub, must have had heating problems with heating unit. Cover off . There for wedding. Would never stay there again. No compensation. For there problems. If room is down for repars.should not be rented out without.informing people staying . Nice facility .poor service ,consideration."
"My last visit I couldn’t take a shower due to no hot water. This week I had to wait 15-20 minutes to get hot water and then an additional 5-10 to adjust the water to the right temperature. Then you have to wade into the tub bc the water doesn’t drain as fast as it comes out. So you’ve got water halfway up your shins. Also the locks stick so it takes about 5 tries to force your way into the room."
"We recently had our wedding at the Hilton and can not say enough good things about the service we received from their event planner, Jessie! She made sure the day was completely seamless, that all our questions were answered, and that our needs were met. Once we arrived to the reception, the night flowed beautifully and this was all thanks to Jessie! We stayed at the hotel throughout the wedding weekend and were very pleased with the service we received as were the rest of the bridal party and family members that stayed at the hotel. Plus the restaurant is unmatched and the food they catered at the wedding was absolutely delicious! Thank you to everyone at the Hilton that made our day one we will always remember!"
"Location is close to restaurants. This hotel was once very nice, but it is tired and in need of maintenance. There is a musty odor that they try to cover with air freshener. Rooms need an update. TVs are not smart TVs. There are not enough bedside outlets to charge phones and watches. A room nearby had a dog that barked constantly. Breakfast is $16 with a $16 credit for Diamond members. Eggs were runny. Coffee is an off brand, not very good, and served in a paper cup—for a $16 breakfast."
