"This Hampton Inn was very clean, quiet and accommodating. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They had a good breakfast with plenty of food and endless coffee. The contact you daily to make sure you are having good experience and make sure you have everything you need. I would highly recommend this hotel for a nice affordable stay."

"We stayed at this location over Christmas while visiting family in the area. It's in desperate need of updating. The room wasn't as clean as we are used to having at a Hampton Inn (nor was the rest of the hotel common areas, for that matter). NO HOT WATER on Christmas morning. And the breakfast buffet was extremely skimpy compared to other locations. Overall, it was a huge disappointment. Next time we are back visiting family it will be with another chain - this one is not acceptable."

"I want to send a huge shout out to the front desk. The two staff on duty gave us a warm welcome and hospitality. They went out of their way to keep asking how things were. The two staff I would like to recognize are Cynthia and Jaswanth. They truly are amazing and should be prompted. The manager of these two should be very proud. My family will definitely return if in the area. I highly recommend this hotel."

"I stayed in room 123 last night. The bed was very basic. I could hear the spring creaking and the padding was minimum. My partner woke up with every one of my turns. The heating/cooling system was not working properly. Last night the outside temperature was 34 degrees. When the heat was on it was probably 85-90 with the thermostat set at 68. When we switched to cooling the temperature was around 76. Too warm still. Constantly waking up due to discomfort. They asked what they could do upon our departure to rectify the problem. First, periodically check the heating and cooling system to determine if it is functioning properly. Two, offer me a refund or have the manager contact me."

"Grimy! We frequently stay at Hampton Inns on vacation because they are so reliable. This location proves there is always an exception to the rule. I noticed a lack of maintenance on the exterior and in the lobby, but I tried to reserve my judgement for the rooms. While the sink, toilet, shower, and bedding all seemed clean, the rest was absolutely disgusting. The ottoman had multiple crusty spots so I immediately covered it with a towel. The desk chair, bed skirt, and window shade all had stains. The walls, headboard, and doors all had schmutz that I had to clean with a wash cloth. The corners and edges of the floor had other detritus. One of our biggest concerns is the lack of toilet paper roll holder in the bathroom. A not-new roll was just sitting on the bathroom shelf. I don’t even want to know how many people have touched it. The hallways were clearly only vacuumed down the middle. All the edges around each room were filthy. They had plug-in air fresheners in the hallways to mask the musty odor we smelled in the rooms. The breakfast area is too small for the size of the hotel. Staff were not attentive to refilling carafes/food or cleaning messes off the counter. There were multiple people having business meetings in the breakfast area, including one Zoom call. It was very disruptive. Side note: This location is mislabeled as 5-star. Clearly no Hampton Inn has 5-star amenities."
