"Renting with varsity has been a seamless experience. Their customer service is great, quick in responding to maintenance issues, I mean if you complain about something malfunctioning today, within the next 1 or 2 days, it’s all sorted out and you good to go. The rent is actually one of the cheapest I’ve come across.. very affordable and the houses are not messed up. They are nice and very habitable. I love that they pay utilities and it’s all included in your rent. Overall their services so far has been great."

"I've lived at varsity rentals in 3 of their different houses over four years. They've always been good about giving notice when they're showing. In general, they're really good about maintenance within 24 hours. Problems happen, things break, its normal and they get that. We had two separate stoves not work in one of our houses but we never went more than 24 hours without being able to cook. They delt with everything from the fan in our fridge not cooling to a squirrel running around in the walls. The only time we've had an issue with the maintenance is with what we would deem as emergency maintenance. When me and my roommates moved into a newly renovated house, sewage came up from the shower in the basement. We called the emergency number because it was after hours, and they seemed annoyed by the call and told us to leave it and they would look at it tomorrow. After they did look at it and fix it, they didn't clean up the mess, so we had to try and mop the concreate floor and pick up pieces of toilet paper that dried to the floor. We had lived in the house for just a few weeks when it had happened, so it was extremely unlikely it was our fault, and we shouldn't have had to clean up the unsanitary mess left behind. Every time I moved from one house to another, any deductions from the security deposit were fair, and I don't think I ever paid for much more than broken blinds and carpet cleaning. The quality of the houses depends, the last house I lived in was older so you the walls shook when the doors closed, and you could always hear everything happening outside. This just has to do more with which house you choose though. We never ran into many overages on utilities, and if we did it was $5 a person to cover it. The prices are fair especially if you split with more people, but even their 1 or 2 beds are priced fairly for how expensive renting is. Overall, a good place to live during college, its comparatively inexpensive to a lot of other places around campus. It's not perfect, but as long as you take care of the place and respect the conditions you sign to in the lease, it can be a great place to live."

"Varsity Rentals manages the house that my roommates and I rent. The maintenance workers are very respectful and very good at what they do. The receptionist is also super helpful and very knowledgeable about what she does. I do appreciate the professionalism offered by Varsity Rentals; even if it’s only student housing, they do a phenomenal job."
