"I they have a roach infestation issue in all their buildings. They also have a mouse issue in their buildings. They can’t keep up with the yard. And when one person says something about roaches in their unit, they don’t do go by the law where you have to spray every unit in the building and when one unit gets it is there a post to spray the whole building? I am been doing that."

"This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL establishment I have ever dealt with. I applied for a 2 bedroom unit. Brittney called and approved me for a 2 bedroom unit. Soon after, she called and offered a 3 bedroom that was close in price. I agreed. when it came time for move in, I was told the apartment was ready. I did a walk around of the unit to find LARGE HOLES. There was a large hole under the bathroom sink. Large enough for a full grown mice to slip in. The tub area was filthy and had not been caulked or painted. Neither was the bathroom sink. There was grime and mold around the tub and toilet. Holes near the toilet where rodents could easily enter. The vents had not been dusted nor cleaned. After spending 30+ minutes in the unit I became physically Ill from the smell within. I observed several live roaches moving on the ceilings and walls. The screen door on the back entrance had a screen 5 minutes before I received the key. Once inside, I noticed the screen door had been removed. There was a large hole where the screen should be and red tape around the border. The stove is burned and greasy from previous tenants. Within the basement are several large holes as well. When I brought these photos and concerns to the attention of Brittney, I was informed that her staff had “forgotten” to clean and paint. I was promised it would all be fixed within the next business day. I reached out to Brittney 2 business days later and did not receive a response. The following week, I reached out again and was told that I had been “canceled” and the unit would go to another person. How inconsiderate and nasty! How could you expect a person to live in such vile and filth?!"

"I lived there for almost 4 years, I loved the staff, they were like family. They took care of me... even shoveling the snow from my sidewalk when I wasn't able. They care about you and very understanding. Surrounding neighborhoods are very bad but if not for that I'd still be living there!"

"A friend of mine has been living there for over 2 yrs and she says she doesn't have an issue with the office staff nor when things need to be fixed. However, the residents who live in the low-income housing homes beyond then brown land-boarder fence have the most police activity, always hear guns popping off day or night and lately shootings in which a young man was murdered a few weeks ago. She is now ready too move her family out of there for safety reasons....there is no police patrol"
