"Applied and was approved for an apartment at Mogadore Square. Was told by Woodbine Management when I requested to make deposits and sign a lease before moving in "We have never produced a lease in advance and have been in operation over 40 years, a lease is signed at move in so you approve the unit prior to signing". So a tenant cannot take the time to review the lease in depth or take it to an attorney. While all of your belongings sit in a moving truck you have the choice to sign a lease that may be filled with items you do not agree with or you can be homeless with nowhere to go. Stay away from these reprehensible people...."
"Roaches upon roaches. How this company can sleep at nite is beyond me. They should be ashamed of themselves. You have to spray all apartments not 1 or 2. You apparently don't know how roaches work. Google it!!! Mogadore Square apartments do better for the residents that live there."
"Great people, very friendly and honest. We had to leave our townhome due to work purposes and they quickly rented our place out. Thank you so much."
"They lose paperwork. Heat is always broken. Washers/dryers don’t work. Water comes out at a trickle. Had cockroaches when I first moved in. Could only take these guys a couple months."
