"Transferred here recently from Austin, TX. Love the new place! Move-in was handled easily by the great staff here. Highly reccomend."
"I keep asking why there is a dumpster in a parking spot instead of the designated pad 20 feet away and they won't do anything. They told me it is not a priority. It should be, we have people parking in the roundabout, and walkways when there is a dumpster taking a spot for me to walk by and smell everyday. I'm not sure what their priorities are? I know it is not landscaping, building maintenance, I mean look at this place -- Timberland village is ignored. Not my first run in with management either, I gave up asking them to fix things awhile ago. When I moved out they charged me $1200 for cleaning expenses when my place was spotless... My attorney said it is illegal for apartments to charge for cleaning and normal wear when you lived there for an extended period of time (I lived there for 4 years). We started to fight it and they sent it to collections immediately."
"We moved here a month ago because we heard great things about this place. Ill never recommend to anyone. Neighbor downstairs blasts music so loud it vibrates our apt and is so loud it plays over our tv. And our other neighbor next to us screams and yells all day. Called cops twice since weve been here. We were told the issue is being taken care by management and to be patient, yet NOTHING has been done. Not an ideal place for kids. Highly disappointed."
"I would not recommend this place to anyone. They do not care about the residents, they do not keep up on maintenance or snow plowing, they open the pool later and later every summer, it opens at 1 and they can't even seem to get it open on time, sometimes it's not open at all. It's very disappointing to families with kids who just want to enjoy the summer at the pool. I wish I never moved here."
"Not sure how it would be to live in these apartments, but I have to say I was not too impressed with the upkeep done on them, and was pretty turned off by the office staff. To be fair, they were kind of busy, but it was difficult to get basic questions answered. All in all, I am glad we decided on alternative arrangements."
