"I'm giving one star because you can not give zero. This has been the worst decision I have ever made. We all pay top dollar for amenities that do not exist like clubhouse, fitness center, golf simulator, fire pits, pickle ball courts, and bocce ball courts. Upon signing my lease I was promised a pergola over my back patio only to find out later that was never in the plans although all the new units like mine have them or a covered patio. I never agreed to a unit with a water closet that replaces the pantry in the kitchen, I was told I would receive a monthly discount and that never happened I was told my rent is already lower then some units because of when my lease was signed, what does that have to do with me?? It took me 4 months to get a garage door opener. There is no extra parking for guests yet we get warnings for parking in the street. When we contact the property manager Hannah we get told what we want to hear and no action is taken. Currently to date they have entered my unit unannounced 4 times and when I complain the answer is you didn't notify us by email that it happened. 2 days after we moved in the doors for the washer and dryer feel off when I opened them to install my washer and dryer. I submitted a repair request and after looking at them leaning on the wall for 5 days I put them back up myself. My opinion to all interested is find another property this place is not home. While it all looks and sounds good you will be miserable and regret your decision like me and most of my neighbors."

"If I could give 500 stars I would. HANNAH AND TERI ARE AMAZING! From the tour to move in, the communication from these two were fantastic. I have lived at other apartment complexes and have had some pretty terrible experiences, but they made me happy about renting again. With these being new builds and the current construction, they made it very clear that all the amenities are coming soon as the clubhouse is currently being built and is opening within the next couple of months (which we are ecstatic for) and are super excited for all the community events! After move in, they made sure everything went smooth and made sure we had the best experience . From lightbulbs to any question we need, they get on top of it right of way. These 2 deserve a raise for their hard work and if you think about going anywhere else, you should think twice, because this place truly feels like home :)"

"Me and my partner have been here for almost 6 months now and have nothing but absolutely fantastic things about this property! It’s refreshing to have a complex that cares about their residents. Hannah & Teri on site are amazing, always waving whenever we see them and asking how we’re doing. Maintenance has been super timely and always communicative of what’s going on. And not to mention a beautiful clean property as well. The clubhouse area is coming along very nice and quick, understandably it is a new being and things like this don’t come along overnight! Look at all the reviews before seeing one negative of someone who just seems mad at everything. I would give this property and management more stars if I could!!!!"

"Teri is the person that I have communicated and interacted with the most during my process. She was absolutely great from the first tour. She was prompt to respond to all of my questions and relayed all information clearly. My overall experience has been excellent from the tour to the application process to picking up my keys. My apartment home is absolutely beautiful and already feels like "home". The community is beautiful and diverse which I love. I am glad that I chose to make this my home."
