"Everything is great. Living here for three years with no major issues. Maintenance Guys are fantastic ! Craig, Erik and Zach are very good and fast workers. . Landscape and snow are in great condition by vendors. The studio apartment is beyond comfortable for a single woman with a dog and cat. Thank you, Cullen and Kayla for checking out on me from time to time."

"I love my studio apartment. It's big enough for me an my small dog to be comfortable. An lots of dogs in the complex for him to play with. The office staff/ maintenance staff is super nice an helps with anything that needs attention. Just a wonderful place all around!!"

"@Redwood, I have called to discuss these charges and was equally as delighted with your staff as I was by my move out experience. As I am not able to reply to your previous comment, I will do so here. To clarify and offer a more detailed look at the injustice I have experienced by @Redwood, please read on. They squeeze every penny out of you upon move out: They charged me for updates they chose to make (new appliances/remodeling) even though everything was in good, clean, working condition. Cleaning fees, even after I had a professional come to deep clean the entire apartment the day I turned in the keys. New carpeting (though it was only a year old), not because mine was dirty or worn (They had replaced mine just a year prior because it was so worn it has began to buckle in places - maintenance staff advised me it had not been replaced for 10+ years prior) but because they were changing all carpeting (per my former neighbors testimony). In addition to all of the aforementioned charges, the property manager, Vikki, made promises she apparently had no authority to (she told me they would wave the early termination of lease fee if I was out by the end of the month because she had a new tenant ready to move in - I sent copies of this correspondence to corporate). I was subsequently billed without notification (they did not send a written statement and I was denied access to RentCafe - where I would normally receive messages/notifications) and they sent me to collections in only weeks for over $4000 when I was told my account was Paid in Full. I discovered this entire fiasco when I was notified that my credit score had severely dropped. I have tried to discuss this matter several times with @Redwood and they deny that charges were incurred by their own choice to make unnecessary updates (that is their choice - and a good one, but not one I should be charged for when I did not even have the privilege of enjoying these luxury updates) and offer no support or rectification but rather state that their employee would never say the things I have written proof she did. I have absolutely no confidence that @Redwood will do the ethically and morally right thing and cancel my collection charges, so I will bite the bullet and pay for their dishonest, deceitful, manipulative way of doing business. I am simply writing this to hopefully save other good natured, honest people from enduring the same injustice. As an aside, It is common practice for @Redwood to offer incentives for writing a good review, so the actual star rating is skewed. Absolutely Horrendous Company!"

"When I moved in, nearly 7 years ago, it was a great place to live. When I moved out, it was because of the staff. They have gone completely downhill and are willing to lie and cheat their tenants. When I moved out, I had a professional cleaner come and clean the entire apartment and was still charged THOUSANDS of dollars by Redwood for cleaning costs and updates they chose to do upon my departure. I am truly appalled at how they have chosen to treat a tenant that consistently paid rent in full and on time and was loved by my neighbors."
