"DO NOT MOVE HERE this building is full of drug heads drug dealers and prostitutes and is highly patroled by akron police. If u not watching ur back from the dope heads then u watchin out for roaches and bed bugs some of the tenants throw their trash anywhere inside or outside the building the building is under new ownership i can honestly say she/they seriously have there hands full. If u move here u will end up in the hospitalwith severe bed bug bites which could make u sick bout to big bottles of bug spray n still c roaches this building needs shut down it is completely infested."

So when trying to clean the bed bugs, cockroach and other bug nastiness off me, you get scolded with hot water. But according to landlord, there are no bugs."

"This place does not deserve a 1 star review. My partner and I tried to rent an apartment at this complex. I specifically asked about roaches and other bugs among other questions. I was lied to. Now, we are homeless and fighting to get our $1,125 (deposit and 1 months rent) back. Note the following "Timeline of Events": 1. Possession August 16th (one day late from lease agreement) 2. Notification upon possession (August 16) of busted floor, unsatisfactory refrigerator (dirty, seal was broken, handle coming off, metal tape holding part of the seal on); although corrections were promised same-day, they were not 3. Delivery of a replacement refrigerator the following day was unsatisfactory, as the "new" refrigerator was covered with filth and dead bugs 4. August 17th: only commode in the suite was removed, making the suite uninhabitable 5. August 18th/August 19th, less than three days since possession, a roach infestation was discovered, the landlord, made no efforts to correct this. Despite my specifically mentioning this possibility the landlord denied any such problem, blatantly lying to me about the condition of the apartment."
