"Let me start off by saying I rented my apartment basically as a storage unit. I didn't even stay at my apartment but maybe 5 days out of the entire year... did I get my security deposit back? Heck no! Oh and they think I owe them 100$ in damages, bottom line if you have no other place to go, its a roof over your head, though I wouldn't count on it still standing by the time your lease would be up. They use to pick up the trash around the dumpsters but there most experienced maintenance man has quit recently and with that the parks cleanliness."

"I’ve lived here for a year & some months now, The manager showed us an apartment that was not yet redone, so the carpet was dirty & so fourth, he reassured us everything in ours would be brand new. The apartment he showed us had counter space & was updated. When we moved into our apartment we didn’t get a showing, we just signed papers and started moving in, the next day we realized it was nothing like the apartment he previously showed us, they did not clean the walls or anything, they simply painted over the dirtiness. We had to call them & tell them the fridge was not cleaned either and that they needed to come clean it. They also told us we had a washer & dryer hook up. LAUGH OUT LOUD obviously because as you can see in the picture, i can’t even get to my sink. These apartments are a joke & catfished as hell. They’ll show you a nice apartment and put you in an outdated one. I definitely will be moving out as soon as my lease is up. These apartments and the owners are jokes ."

"Needed a short term rental for my dog and myself while waiting for my house to be ready to move into. My neighbors were quiet & friendly, teenagers were very respectful. Office staff: Lori (when there) & Adam were good. Jen is Awesome! She especially went above and beyond! Maintenance staff was responsive & quick as long as the proper request through the office was made. I almost hated to move when my house was ready. I wouldn't hesitate to return here if necessary. Doesn't look great from the outside, but my "townhouse" was nice on the inside. It was even bigger than my house is now! Thanks Jen for being so GREAT & really caring about the tenants."

"We've lived here for almost a year, we have the updated apartments and have had no issues, a friend came and said that it looked horrible from the outside but were surprised how nice the inside was. Management is okay, when we have to talk to someone we always make sure it's Jen. The other lady could care less about anything. My husband had a stray dog following him, he brought it up to the office and the other lady, I think her name is moury... said "don't bring that thing in here, it's not my job" in my option, it very well IS your job. But Jen is very nice, been working with us on our rent anytime we have an issue. The other day someone was shot 16 times about 100 ft from my apartment, the one lady that said that about the dog told my husband "it's a hoax" but it was very real. Yeah it's scary, but also crime happens everywhere. It just so happens that I pay $500 for a two bedroom town house that is completely updated, so I just stay to myself and I haven't had any issues. We have a nice car, and I've never seen any signs of it getting broken into, but I never leave anything valuable in it. When our lease is up we will be moving, just because we want somewhere I would feel comfortable with my son playing outside. And I don't here. But overall it could be worse."
