"the office staff and maintenance crew is the bomb diggity. they were solely focused on what their job were to make sure my move in day was the same as promised. and Ms. Monique is the absolute truth with her little cute self. i wonder if she'd like to come over after work one day this week for a little chit chat, nothing fancy? i might be way ahead of myself now, but overall my experience with Spring Hill Apartments was the best. thank you guys, awesome job!"
"I tried to get into Spring Hill for about 5 years, but they would never let me in because of my record, and at those times I was like very homeless with nowhere to go-but the manager assured me That he’ll let me in after I get it expunged, and exactly what I did. I filled out my application two weeks ago on the second of this month and they had already called me with an exception of my application, so I’m in that fast and I am very grateful. What’s the price on the rent now? How much is it?"
"I paid my rent & Had the receipt but since they didn’t find the money order I still had to pay the rent AGAIN plus the late fees they have no care in the world telling you about! But have no problem putting a letter in the door at 11:00 at night just to come sign some papers. & They ban people for they own PERSONAL Issues. So if you ever call the Ambulance don’t call them more then once or you will be banned‼️"
