"The management here is really horrible! Renee makes this place not a happy home! I feel that she takes advantage of the elderly that cannot take care of themselves! Please get new management for the families here!"

"I agree 100% with the other review posted here. The more I here the more of a bully I believe Renee is. She crosses the line repeatedly and tries to push many residents around. It's to the point of harassment in my opinion. I am in the process of gather information to file a complaint OHFA"

"Horrible management. The Manager Renee harasses residents with disabilities and violates their privacy on a regular basis. These elderly folks are too frail to stand up for themselves and the manager takes advantage of it. AHEPA should be ashamed of how their residents are treated. Complaints to the board don’t help. My complaint to HUD is being filed and will take it’s due course. In the meantime, you should be aware before allowing your loved one to live here."
