"This was when Trea property management was here. New owners, Trea, and property management since June 1 2020. Everything on the outside has been fixed, upgraded, painted. Long overdue. Inside of buildings common areas have been remodeled as well. Empty apartments getting upgraded. Problems being addressed. Staff on site is friendly, responds quickly, grounds being kept up, lots of great improvements. Neighbors are friendly. We all look out for each other. I highly recommend living here. Come check it out! July 2021 Birge and Held new owners. It's been challenging. 12/3/23"
"Trash is constantly left in the hallways. The whole building smells like garbage. Bugs and pests are coming in because of it. The fire department has repeatedly been involved due to multiple fire and health code violations. Yet, management is doing little to nothing to fix the issues. There is no one in the office. Its a non smoking building but it always smells like cigarettes amd weed. No sound insulation. Washers and dryers are always broken. Maintenance takes too long. Management is very quick to point fingers."
"Not the worst place to live, but far from the best. The new remodel that they advertise isn't as great as they make it seem. The floors are cheap and come up easily and the paint job on our cabinets is horrendous. They raise prices throughout the years lease, even though it's not within the contract to do so. For example, they added a trash fee and added a cable plan that made it mandatory to pay to cable TV and internet every month. Rent keeps going up like crazy every year and it's definitely not worth it. Find something better for the price"
"Hello, please read more recent reviews as this property has recently changed ownership. The new owners want the make it the best place to live in Milford. Playground, pool, lots of green space and trees. You will fall in love with Day Heights Meadows. Come take a look and join the community."
