"The lady Tanya at the office told me yesterday 6/27/23 that I would know the status of my application in a week. I got a call today THE VERY NEXT DAY from Tanya and she said my application was denied due to credit. I get credit alerts anytime my credit is ran. I don't see nor believe that my credit was even ran. I got the vibe yesterday when I walked in the office that my black skin tone had them uneasy. This low income housing I was denied due to credit and with a voucher at that. If you see that place in person honestly they need to just do away with credit because the environment i saw everyone in there has not so good credit obviously needing to live in low income. ZERO STARS. AND I WILL BE REPORTING TO HUD. I SEE EVERYONE IN THE OFFICE AND OUTSIDE ARE WHITE NOT A BLACK FACE IN SITE"

Tina and Sarah in the office are sweet, friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable as well. I love the convenience of online payment as well as maintenance requests. We’re very much loving our new home and community."

"I absolutely love it here! Been here for a few years now and the office staff are amazing. Tina the service coordinator is on point when it comes to helping families who struggle find resources and get on their feet again. She has been a blessing for not only us at times but for the community. The management is amazing as well. They make sure anything is taken care of right away if need be (all though, haven't had anything that really needed any real handling. But they will work with you if you fall on any hard times. Happened to me before as I am sure happens to us al . The maintenance staff keep the grounds looking great and are quick to fix any issues if there are any. I love all the events they have and love being part of them when I dont have to work lol. I try to attend as many as possible they are fun for the whole family. this community is very family oriented. And what I love is my neighbors are close to me personally and we all look out for each other. This community deserves more than 5 stars."

The maintenance staff is very professional, friendly, and they truly care and treat your home like it was their own! I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else! That’s why I have lived here almost 11 years! Thank you so much Corrick, Christine, Tina, Scott, and Phil for making Timber Creek such a wonderful community and my place to call home!"
