"Very accommodating management, and apartments are unique and homie its a community that is safe with secure doors and the tenants look out for each other."
"Office is never open except òn first of month which is rent time. Building is covered in dust. Very dirty. I put my rent in escrow once to get repairs made. Getting repairs made is like "pulling teeth". I'm looking for a nicer place. The place was nice when the apartments were first opened and under original ogener. The carpet in apts is worn and ugly. Won't be changed until I move out to prepare for new tenant."
"It's not a bad place completely. They could use some more help with maintaining the property. The staff does try but they don't have enough manpower. The elevators scare me to death they make so much noise or they're broken and out of service often"
