"My car got stolen in broad daylight from in front of my son's home last Tuesday. 2013 Silver Mazda R3 with a white bumper and a "Find Hope" sticker in rear window."
"Been here 6yrs now and I HATE IT!! No one know what they are doing in the office. Since we have lived here their has been over 16 different people running the office and if you tell them something in your apartment needs fixed GOOD LUCK getting it fixed. About a year and a half after we moved in refrigerator started making real loud noises so I notified the office nothing kept on saying something to them 6mos later it goes out and they finally bring another one in but it's just as bad it from another apartment. Then the oven stops heating up so I call the office and tell them 3 mos later they bring a heating coil and put it in the oven. Then just this past thanksgiving I have a turkey in the oven and the stove pops and goes out had to take the turkey next door to finish cooking it took them a week to get me another stove. Now they say we can't have a deep freezer in the apartment and they are trying to tell us where to put our furniture they say we can't put a bed in front of the window."
"Lived here for 2 years with my girlfriend. They have changed hands probably 6 times since. They will not do any kind of expensive maintenance such a leaks, replacing floors, windows, etc. They fix only what they feel like, on their schedule. If you need a place immediately then sure, but don't expect them to pay for anything if it breaks."
"Asked politely if the apartments took section 8 and reply was “No lady, get a job and come back with real money”. Management needs replaced as they are obviously lacking the most basic of skills needed to manage rental properties."
"I was living in a motel with my two children and applied and they got me in super fast. Every time I need something done the staff gets it done. They are very nice and understanding. It’s quite here I stay to myself. But very nice apartment."
