"If you're looking for a place to stay short term on the cheaper side, this might be it. However, if you're looking for long term, cleanliness & peace, this is far from it. I forgot to leave a review when my family & I stayed, but since it's just popping up, I felt I needed to. Rooms were not clean when we arrived, hair & dust everywhere. Lights always flickering in the hallways. Roaches in the rooms. Manager & owner both lived there & were a "couple" & always very loudly arguing in the hallways. They keep the lobby bathroom doors locked so guest can't use. Manager was beating on guest doors, screaming, accusing the people of having drugs in their room a few doors down from us. Whether they did or not, I don't know, but that is definitely not the way to take care of things. Also, they have some weird HATE obsession with animals. After you are there for awhile, they will accuse you of having them. They will wait until you leave, go into your room & see you have no animals at all & STILL accuse you of having a cat or dog or something in there. Would most definitely NEVER recommend this place. This was the absolute, most uncomfortable, stressful, worst stay I have ever had anywhere. If I have any enemies out there, I would not even recommend to them."

"This hotel is not as bad as everyone is saying for the price! Cheap rates, older hotel, older furniture and beds, but it’s clean! If you’re staying for awhile and have a bad neck/back, bring your own pillows! Other than that this is a nice, cheap place to lay your head at night! Staff here are very sweet and against any and all crimes being committed on the property which I liked! Made me feel safe!"

"Well what can I say. I booked to this place because it was cheap. I got what I paid for. The wafer thin bars of soap in the room had stickers attached to the back of them with a national human trafficking hotline 800 number and a message to call if you were being made to do things against your will. See photo. The bathtub was disgusting and I wasn't happy that even my feet had to touch it. See photo. Good thing the rug was Brown, because that was the only way to nominally hide all of the stains, burn marks and discolorations on it. Also the sidewalls of the rug where they go four inches upwards had multiple spots that were peeling away from the wall exposing glue and in general making the place look dingy, gross and unmaintained. Literally every time I left my room to go to the lobby or get something out of my car, the two ladies employed as housekeepers were sitting in chairs out in front of the hotel smoking cigarettes. No do not disturb sign was provided and every morning of my stay one of the housekeepers rapped on my door loudly with their knuckles at 9 am, waking me up. On the second night of my stay, I returned to the hotel from a concert to find the front door locked and the desk clerk buzzing people in when they knocked on the door. I asked if everything was all right and she indicated that she did not feel safe or comfortable having the door unlocked and needed to make sure that she saw every person that came into the building. Boy, this made me feel real safe. Not. Also, Fairborn is a total food and culture desert. Other than fast food chain restaurants the entire town contains two Chinese restaurants and two drive through Mexican restaurants. No grocery store or pharmacy other than the Walmart on the edge of town next to Dayton. Also, the hotel restaurant / bar was closed for the entire three nights of my stay and I got the impression that it is pretty much closed for Good. Bottom line, the only thing about this hotel that has any cachet is the fact that it is cheaper than other hotels if you simply need a place to sleep and can ignore all of the grossness."

"Wouldn’t give them any stars but have to to leave a review I checked in for a single room for myself and they kicked me out because my boyfriend walked me to my room to make sure I got in okay and was good I put my stuff in the room and walked him back out because they was saying they needed his ID as well even though he wasn’t staying he was just make sure I got to my room after he left the parking lot I walked back in to go in my room I was moving my bags to the table so i could sit in the chair and the lady at the office had some guy with her telling me I had to leave and that I was no longer allowed to stay there due to my partner’s attitude (he never said anything but that he was just helping me to my room and he was very polite about it) so when I kept asking when did he have an attitude they kept telling me to shush and that I needed to be quiet I told them I wanted a refund they shorted me I paid 67 in cash and $20 in card she gave me $47 in cash and $20 on my card so after leaving to look for another place I had to go back for the rest of my money and she said the it was an accident said that she just noticed when she counted the drawer but we hadn’t even been gone long enough for her to do so I do not recommend this place especially if you are a female the doors did not lock and the room was nasty the whole staff is rude and had no reason to put me out"

"A little run down. Could use updates. They took a 20.00 deposit and said would be reimbursed if no damage. It never was. We did nothing to the room. Some staff was nice, but the manager was not friendly at all."
