"RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK! Although the apts. are relatively cheap, it goes back to the old adage; you get what you pay for. In this case, poorly maintained and run down apartments. The irony is, Annie “the mathematician professor” and proprietor of this ghetto, will blame you for the condition of your rental, once your lease is up, and refuse to give your deposit back! I don’t know, if it’s the onset of dementia (if it is, I feel sorry for her, but again if this is the case, she shouldn’t be running a business in that state,) or she’s just a Shylock. Sadly, I believe it has more to do with the latter, than the former….."

"This was the best apartment I've ever lived in. A studio ran us very cheap and was as big as any one bedroom I've seen-it even had a seperated area for a bed- and a spacious kitchen and living area. The bar next door could sometimes cause a bit of noise but that's usually due to drunk people /leaving/ the bar, abd therefore was often brief when it happened. And, of course, the lovely owner was a godsend. She truly cared for our wellbeing and respected our privacy as well. A kind and intelligent woman, she was always a huge perk to living near an air base! (the planes were run routinely and caused a small disturbance at times, hardly a cause for real concern)"

"We moved in to the cedar drive apartments in the summer of 2017. Annie, the landlord, likes to make it known that she's an older woman, and uses that to talk down to people because "they are unwise because of their age". One night, my bathtub faucet broke as I was attempting to shower. I had been out all day gardening and was covered in sweat and dirt, so I really needed to be able to use the shower, or at least bathtub, which I was paying for...so I peeked out the window and saw that Annie's light was on. It was a little after 10 pm, and normally I would never ask this of anyone at night, but being aware of my situation, I went to knock on her door. She threw a fit and offered to call the police on me, telling me that "she's sure my parents didn't raise me right because if they did I would of course know not to call on someone after 10 at night" I was also yelled at by Annie due to asking for a maintenance request because the maintenance man was apparently telling Annie that he had finished tasks in my apartment which had not even been completed in the slightest. She told me that she should bill me for all of the work that she had paid him to complete and that it would be over $300 for this. When I asked her if I could replace my doorknob and lock due to being threatened by an ex who had a key and wouldn't return it, she told me "only if you pay the maintenance man to complete the task" at which I did the task myself without her permission and gave the maintenance man the old lock and keys back myself. We moved out on 11/30/17 because I worried that if anything went wrong in the apartment during the winter, such as the heat failing, it wouldn't be fixed properly or for days, if even at all. If you're looking for a cheap apartment this is definitely your place, but as she told me the night when my shower broke, "you get what you pay for and you're too demanding" so keep that in mind."

"The whole build of 713 has bed bugs. They're insid/ behind the staircase and they come in threw the walls. The landlord won't pay, but recommens her own pest control. He workouts of his home charges 100+ for one spray (which only includes spraying your bed and couch). I asked about a bug problem before I moved in and was clearly lied to. There's couch and beds infested with bed bugs around/in the trash every few weeks. I don't see the problem getting fixed under the management now (8/2016)."
