"This place is a slum. They don't follow code when making repairs. They hire shoddy contractors. Zero insulation in the units. The u/s neighbor would have screaming outbursts, but the office couldn't or wouldn't do anything. Find another place to live!"

"I moved to the Wright Village apartments in January with a friend as we had work nearby. This place is an absolute gem in fairborn. You could not find a quieter, cuter place to live. The property manager Christie is a great manager. This is a super professional, quaint, safe, happy place to live. Wish i could give it more then 5 stars. Loved my time here."

"They will charge you for preexisting building issues. Maintenance will disrespect your personal space and Christina is rude and condescending. Squirrels live in the ceiling, ceilings are caving in. The plumbing was terrible for my entire experience. At the end of my lease they took my whole security deposit and claimed cleaning costed $374. There's nothing I can do but help you from being taken advantage of like me. Everything seems fair until you move out and it all will make sense."

"It's a shame that we can't give it a lower rating because I would. The "manager" is extremely nice at the beginning but after that her true colors come out, which are the color of a witch. She's extremely rude & rude!!! I will tell you this in advance she is NEVER wrong, and when she is she will blow smoke up your a^* to make you feel better about her being wrong but never admit it. If you have a maintenance call or need something repaired, well good luck, hopefully they will believe you. In the winter it is freezing because the furnaces in these places are very, very old. In the summer they are hotter then tar on a 120 degree day. So beware of the two face "manager" she'll lie to your face and then say she didn't look at your face. She'll do whatever it takes to fill those empty apartments. I'd like to know who actually owns them so I didn't have to deal with her. If you do rent one take pictures and lots if them."

"Manager is nice, we had three things fixed right away with no problem. So far we like it here, !!!update!!! very Ghetto!! drugs/ fighting all hrs of the night, mail stolen, and we had our window cracked to get a little air, and a guy bent down to look inside of it.. creepy!!! there is no air conditioning and the walls are cement and stucco inside and it feels like an oven inside of the apartments!!! the average temperature inside of your apartment in the summer will range somewhere between 82 and 87 degrees it gets very hot and a fan will not help. if you get broken into do not try to put additional locks on your door or even an additional chain lock or you will get written up for it as you are not allowed to add anything to the apartment even for safety reasons. we were told that we would get help putting in a wheelchair ramp for building entry for my husband and after we moved in we're told that they were not allowed to, now we have a very hard time getting him in an out to go to his doctor's appointments, .. no class!!!! we will be moving very soon!!!!"
