"This is by far the worst company I have worked for. The place is so nasty and I jumped through loops to help management get these nasty places up to par then I'm told I will not be paid due to issues out of my control. Be careful who you choose to work for"
"Is ok new management waiting to see if it is good or not. At least Hope the manager in the office is more in the office then any other also very nice and tries.then pandemic is making it hard for the management to order new stoves or even boarder heaters in .my mons heater been out for a while a several weeks now finally in waiting to get put in .so time will try did get new washers and dryers in the laundry room which was needed.rent did go up but also now must pay water."
"Absolutely loved this place. It was home for a year while I finished up at Wright State. Had a place right next to the leasing office. The lady and the owner are very nice people and will take amazing care of you. Had an issue at 8pm one night and the maintenance worker was there in 10 minutes and handled the issue quickly. Very quiet and the people there are salt of the earth. Would recommend this place to just about anyone. Wish I was still in the area so I could live there again. Feels like a real community. 5/5."
"The rent people worked with me to a certain extent for a while until I got right. It's really quiet here. But the water in my unit seem not to stay hot over a couple minutes in the bathroom. And it seems to be only 5 days for an eviction. But otherwise a good place to start."
"Very quiet community. I have been in a loft style studio apartment for 2 years here. Everyone is EXTREMELY friendly, and you can't beat the price of rent for the location and size of the apartment. Not huge, but much bigger than most studios. Only complaint is that during the winter, the parking lot rarely gets treated, but I'm not too concerned about that. Great place for someone who wants a nice, quiet place to live alone."
