"The room was clean and quiet. Heater was quiet, but wouldn't turn off automatically (it was 85 deg in our room when we checked in!) Reported it to the front desk when we checked out. Broken alarm clock and tissue holder and a weird one - someone put a rubber glove over the smoke detector. Housekeeping apparently hasn't noticed. Breakfast was nice and the person staffing it was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again."
"NEGATIVE STARS! Room was absolutely disgusting. Towels and sheets were discolored with brown and yellow spots, nightstand and lamps were covered in odd sticky substances, and there were drips of blood on the bathroom floor and sink. We left immediately and the front desk was incredibly unhelpful and seemed uninterested in any feedback. The parking lot felt very unsafe and couldn’t find an area for our pets to safely potty.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR SAFETY HERE!!!"
"I admittedly was leary after reading some of the other reviews, but the location was right where I needed to be. Check in was great, Courtney checked us in and was abundantly pleasant and helpful. The continental breakfast had all the family favorites and Ms. Brenda made sure everyone was taken care of and kept everything stocked and looking great. The rooms were spacious and clean, no issues here at all as some have mentioned. Daily house keeping as well, was very nice and kept us with fresh towels throughout our stay."
"The experience of this place was amazing for my stay here. The coffee machine worked, there were no stains on our stuff, and they passed "the drunk college student" test. (A test where I pose as a drunk college student and go under the sink to "sleep") These guys checked up on me within 10 minutes to stay I couldn't sleep there. If the front desk can keep up with that test, which occurred at 2:30 AM, they can keep up with anything. Keep going and happy travels!"
"I was there for a 6 day business trip and my company booked the room. I would not stay again for a personal trip. The staff was great to deal with. I have no complaints about them at all. The facility needs upkeep though. It just looks run down. Same with the rooms. Bed was alright. Not the best but not terrible. Breakfast was decent but needs a little variety. Stayed for 6 days and they had the same scrambled eggs and bacon every day"
