"Just ended a 1000 mile drive and was exhausted. I rented a room for the night, dropped my bag, and fell into the bed. I didn't even change clothes. When I woke up in the light of day, I saw the room hadn't been cleaned previously. There were numerous yellow stains on the bed, a white crusty substance on the nightstand, dried fluids in a variety of hues on the walls, hair in the tub, dead bugs on the window sill, and red stains on the lampshade- it was filthy and I was disgusted that I laid on a urine-stained bed all night. I immediately went to the front desk and showed them what I woke up to. The lady snidely asked "why didn't you ask to change rooms last night"-- because I collapsed on the bed as soon as I got in, I didn't know I'd have to make sure it was clean first. The woman at the front desk then said if I wanted anything more than a "sorry" I'd have to contact the manager who would be out until Thursday (it was Sunday). I asked for the manager's number and called on Thursday, they never answered any of my calls. I contacted Choice hotels and they did next to nothing. I still haven't received a refund and it's been a month. Do not stay here, you'll just be giving them $100 bucks and you'll have to go somewhere else anyway. "Great clean room, great price, and you could not ask for a better staff. Breakfast is always great, and free. There is a computer and printer in the lobby for any last minute business, and it's SMOKE FREE!! That's important."

"DO NOT STAY HERE! We were only in our room for 10 minutes and found evidence of bed bugs behind the bed. There were dead bugs behind the dresser. Dirt and a random pill behind the other bed dresser. Hair on the floor . The bed sheets had black streaks on them. The mirror in the bathroom looked liked it was cleaned with oil. I requested a refund as we didn’t even take our shoes off in the room and the front desk was “too busy” to even speak to me about the issues. They refused to assist me. Told me to contact the manger , I had to ask them for a contact card and the front desk would not provide me with their name as a reference for when I called the manger. I have never had to immediately check out of a room in my entire life. There were junkies lingering in the adjacent parking lots as well, you are much better off staying near the WSU campus in Fairborn or making the extra drive to Springfield . This is not a safe, clean or well ran hotel"

"Nice place to stay if you are looking for great value. I always book a King size bed room. Personally, I have always had better experiences when I book a King size bed. The room we booked was updated and clean, looked like no one had ever stayed in it. The bed was huge and very comfortable, New sheets/pillowcases and comforter. I always check for issues with Bed bugs/ bugs in general my room was clean and bug free. There was plenty of hot water for taking showers. Convenient to the Air Force Museum and nearby restaurants. Location is a bit of a drive, Breakfast was better than most more affordable hotels. Not perfect but decent, coffee, juice, decent selection of hot and cold items, apples ect. The outside of the building is a little stand-off ish. Definitely could use improvements but then this location would be a lot more expensive."

"I am horrified by what I saw in this place. We had to find a place to stay at the last minute. I always pull the sheets back to ensure there are no....issues with the cleanliness of the bed. The mattress protector was covered in ....well.....everything! There was hair, stains, and what looked like blood spots from bugs. The worst part was when I investigated further, we did find a dead bug under the velcro flap that covers the zipper of the mattress protector. We were in the room for 3 minutes and left immediately. They did give us a refund, so that was nice. Do not recommend this place."
