"When I first moved in to Lakeview senior apartments, my rent was very affordable as I am a senior. Within two years, the rent went up 24%, or 12% per year. In 2024 seniors will only receive a 3% increase in their Social Security, please tell me how we can afford a 12% increase. I have noticed people with disabilities have moved here from assisted living as they are paying up to $4000 a month rent. This was not like this when we all first moved in. It certainly has changed."

"I moved in in July and have been delighted since! The complex has great amenities—and how nice to move into a brand new unit! I particularly like the layout of the apartment—the two bedrooms are on opposite sides of the living room, rather than two bedrooms down a hallway, and this gives a much more spacious feeling! Everyone is nice and there is a great feeling of community here!"
"I can't say enough positive and wonderful things about Lakeview and Ashley, the manager. We moved my mother in law a week ago and having somewhere safe and resident focused is amazing. Have I mentioned they are brand new!?! With indoor storage!?! The amenities they offer currently and what they hope to bring to the residents in the near future are perfect. The transition when moving can be very hard, but Ashley and the very friendly residents have been there and made it a little easier for my mother in law. Ashley has gone above and beyond to help us, help her settle in. I appreciate everything she and the wonderful tenants of Lakeview have done for us. This is one of the only senior apartments anywhere in the Beavercreek area that actually made me say 'wow'."
