"The lack of quality customer service here is absolutely astonishing. I was close to signing a 12 month lease, but ultimately decided not to after the leasing agents refused to answer my questions. I had asked them several times about the appliances in a particular unit that I was wanting, and they told me they wouldn't know how new or old they were until the resident moved out. All they had to do was reach out to the resident who was currently living there and ask them. I've lived in several different apartment complexes and the leasing agents have ALWAYS found out information about the unit that I'm considering moving into before I signed anything. If I'm paying $1,455 for an apartment, I want to know the condition that it's in BEFORE I put a deposit down for it. The office staff isn't the friendliest or the most welcoming. I felt more like a burden than a future resident when I came in for my tour. If you're looking for good customer service, and for a place that feels like home, I wouldn't recommend wasting your time here."

"I lived here for 3 years, and I have been calling this place home since 2019. Friendly staff, and very helpful. They really care about their residents and their apartments. If anything wrong happened in the apartment or needed to be fixed, I submit an online maintenance request and it only takes them 3 days max to come and take care of it. They do a maintenance check up twice a year. They’re also involved with their residents by hosting appropriations events, as well as hanging gifts on our doors in the halloween or Christmas. I had a great memories here with my family."

"Very nice and peaceful place to live. Am moving early due to a job change but management and maintenance have been fast with responding with answers and fixing issues. Decent gym and pool looks nice."

"We lived at the Village at Stone Falls for almost two years and just recently moved out because we purchased a property. If we had wanted to continue renting, we would've stayed. The grounds are really beautiful and very well kept. We had a view of one of the ponds and really enjoyed it every day. The residents are quiet and we never had any issues whatsoever with neighbours. The maintenance is really outstanding. We would see the maintenance crews working every day and they usually respond to maintenance requests within a few hours at most. Mindy and Andrea in the office were really great and all our interactions with them were very pleasant. Overall a great place to rent and live! Fully recommend"
