"Great service and excellent location. The hotel is a little older. But, the rooms are up to date with current technology standards. Which is very helpful. Would've given a higher rating but found a couple of hairs in the shower. Attention to detail is critical. A little food left in the hallways too. Always tacky looking to me."

"Pros - Clean, friendly staff, located around essentially anything you could need, if you have the Marriott app you can chat with the front desk. That was a very convenient option. And again, the cons below have little to nothing to do with the staff. As everyone we encountered was kind and professional. The cons are mostly design based. Cons - And there were definitely cons. Balcony rooms are a nice touch but not when it is facing a major traffic area. The amount of street noise was startling. The room wasn't level. Noticed with the desk area and then looked at the door and there was an inch or more of open space underneath part of the door. We had to roll up towels to cover it up. The desk was also placed directly on top of smaller cabinets making one whole drawer not accessible. You can hear everything within the hotel as well as outside. The room above us sounded like there was a marching band rehearsing with the amount of stomping and loud dropping of things. Also the on site restaurant is a small section of the lobby and the pricing is higher than most of the actual restaurants surrounding the hotel. Door dash was far more reasonably priced. But the final straw for me/us was the bed. I've never slept on a more uncomfortable hotel bed in my entire life. That is not an exaggeration. I got little to no sleep. We checked out by 8:30am so we could get home to sleep. So while there was significant issues with the layout and construction of this property, none of it is controlled by the staff. They did their jobs very well."

"DO NOT STAY IN ROOM 124. This was one of the worst experiences in a hotel I have ever had. I would like to believe the rest of the hotel is fine but DO NOT stay in room 124. It is next to the kitchen and all of the kitchen activity takes place against your wall. The kitchen work is so loud in the morning the staff have to use raised voices to talk with each other. The kitchen woke me up when they opened and they woke me up when they closed. I tried to ignore it but after a few days I had to complain. Unfortunately there were no other vacant rooms to move to. I'll be traveling home now to get some rest. Bring earplugs."

"This choice was a last minute result of having to move from a neighboring hotel where the air in our room didn't work. It was nice to walk in and see their air worked and the room was colder than the hall. Standard fare- the room had some small trash items that didn't get picked up, they did provide towels for 3. The king mattress was hard and lumpy - I slept horribly: on the flip side - my kiddo said the couch bed was the most comfortable one he had been on. I had to call for the couch bed linens as there were none in the room (nor a pillow). They had no shower gel in the shower so we had to call for more to be provided and had to figure out how to install it ourselves. The ice machine was easy to get to and the room came with a microwave and small refrigerator. We didn't partake in the bar - the workers lady laying on the counter didn't seem as if she wanted to work. It was okay."
