"We had just moved in and were running a load of dishes when we noticed a flood in the kitchen from the washer. We immediately called maintenance and within the hour he was here and fixed it and its still running fine. Way to make us feel at home! We have had a mysterious leak of water under the carpet in front of the entryway. The maintenance person has been here almost everyday trying to figure it out. The carpet person has also been here several times with no complaints about having to come back. I want to thank them both for their diligence in finding a solution to this problem. Im sure they will be able to figure it out!! We did not have hot water one evening. Next morning they came and repaired the issue. Very prompt! This tenant is grateful!"
"Wonderful apartment community with an outstanding management/staff team. Highest recommendation - if you're looking to find a place in Beavercreek, STAY HERE! 1. The location is fantastic. It takes me less than 2 minutes from getting out the door to getting onto 675 in the AM. Fairfield Commons Mall, Target, a plethora of other shops are less than a 5 minute drive away. 2. The apartments are well-kept and the grounds are well-maintained. The pool is fantastic (and opened earlier in the season compared to neighboring communities). They just completed a major road sealing project too. 3. Management works hard - the events they put on (pool party, puppy dress up, free snow cones) are incredible. They are responsive to their tenant's needs and take care of any issues that arise. There were some small issues and they swiftly resolved them to my complete satisfaction."
"The Promenade takes customer satisfaction seriously. They want you to feel at home and know that they care. There were a few things that needed to be addressed in our unit for Maintenance and when we reached out to leasing, they immediately got right to it. They made it clear that we should never let things linger and to always keep them informed. Maintenance was also so nice and went down the list until everything was fixed. I appreciated their sense of urgency."
