"I lived here for 2 years from 2021-2023 without any issue. Rent is competitive with other apartment complexes and maintenance issues were handled immediately on request. The management team is awesome as well as they take care of any issues and are generally understanding if you give them advance notice. The community is quiet as well. I highly recommend Ashton Brooke as a place to live if you're in the Dayton area!"

"This is my very first apartment and I am beyond thankful for the opportunity to live here! The staff have always been friendly and welcoming to me, and have been extraordinarily helpful. I remember when I first looked around the complex and visited the model apartment, it didn't "feel" like an apartment, but more like a home. This was incredibly important to me, as I mainly have worked from home. So, while I could go on and on about several of the main draws of Ashton Brooke Apartments (having a grocery store being an only 10 minute walk, as well as a Barnes and Noble Bookstore!), this place is not without its minor faults. The lack of snow removal in the parking lots being one, as well as some maintenance requests falling between the cracks. However, these minor issues are not enough to keep me from giving the people of Ashton Brooke, the management, and the apartment itself a well deserved 5/5! The waiting list for Ashton Brooke is quite long at the time of this review (I had to wait 6 months before I got in), but the wait is well worth it!"

"I lived here for 3 years and left after my job took me to a different city. I have not been able to find a place as wonderful as Ashton Brooke! The maintenance was extremely timely - my water heater once broke one morning and it was replaced within 3hrs. Nicole at the front desk knows everyone by name making it feel even more homey. The 2 gyms have everything you need and I didn't feel the need to join an additional gym and they also had a public meeting room I would often use to study. The location is ideal being right off the highway, yet removed enough that it was always quiet. The models themselves had a spacious set up and worked well if you ha e roommates. Each room has a walk in closet and a private bathroom. There was never a shortage of storage. I loved living here and cannot say enough good things about them!"
