"This is a wonderful Apartment Community in which we feel both safe & one in which the residents routinely look out for one another. It is ideally located for shopping of all and any kind that includes several grocery stores, numerous Restaurants, the Fairfield Mall, Sam's Warehouse Club etc. The maintenance and office staff is top notch as well. "I really enjoyed my time living here over the course of 4 years. The community is friendly and in a great area. The apartments themselves have plenty of room and the appliances work great. Brad and his team are some of the best maintenance folks around with work orders completed within 8 hours of putting them in. The ponds and greenery make for a great environment and they are always looking to improve the buildings. Since I lived by the pond, I did have 2 mice and maintenance assisted with that. All in all, this is an awesome, affordable, and all around great place to live that I can’t recommend enough."
"If I could give this place 6 stars, I would. I've lived at The Enclave since the end of September 2018. It is BY FAR my favorite place I've lived. I've lived in apartments across the United States as well as internationally. My neighbors are great people. The front office and staff are absolutely amazing. They are warm and helpful, and constantly putting on fun events for the residents to enjoy. Every time I've put in a maintainance request, it's been completed the same day. The grounds and apartments look amazing and are well care for. I love living here and always look forward to coming home at the end of a long work day. If you're in the market for a place to live, I strongly encourage you to check out The Enclave."
"Wow, I toured a dozen apartment communities before applying here and have been very happy since! The apartments, landscape, pool area, and clubhouse that hosts TGIF for the residents is amazing. They actually put love and care into this place to make it feel great to live here. Brad is very friendly and does a great job at making sure issues are fixed and preventive maintenance is done. Cheryl and Jill are great in the office and both have been very helpful when needed! The Enclave truly puts a lot of effort into making this place a great place to live."
