"Extremely overpriced from what my wife has told me. She had her toilet overflow her first week living there. No privacy. Workers just come in and out as they please with no warning. Much better places in the area with much better pricing."

"This is a wonderful complex in which I enjoyed living. Not only did I have a great loft with a BEAUTIFUL view, but I was thoroughly pleased with the overall care and communication with the staff and the community! STAFF - Brittany was FANTASTIC in helping me during my application/move-in process and the days following that as well. Neisha was very instrumental in helping direct me when I had an issue with a tenant whose noise level resembled that of an unpleasantly frequent stampede of wildebeests/homemade bowling alley. Heather did an amazing job following up with the aforementioned issue and was able to mediate/resolve the conflict in a very effective way, and I'm so thankful for that. UNITS - Very quirky, yet spacious floorplan. I lived in the Estilo 2, and its unique layout suited me perfectly. MAINTENANCE - 100% satisfied: every time I opened an issue, it was resolved within 24-48 hours, sometimes even quicker than that. My A/C stopped blowing cold one hot summer day and they were at my door within three hours. AMENITIES - Staple amenities, such as pool, fitness facilities, clubhouse, etc. They're always well-maintained and clean, so no complaints from me there. I'd highly recommend this place to someone who's looking for luxury living that's in a great location - you're literally a 3-5 minutes' drive to a plethora of restaurants, shops, theaters, grocery stores, etc. The ONLY thing I found a bit less favorable was that the water was harder than crusted sugar, but that's not their fault. Regardless they get five stars from me!"

"I lived here for 9 years, I love the office ladies they’re so wonderful and always quick to help or fix a problem. The apartment was nice and when I had issues such as water and weather damage they either fixed it or at one point they moved me to a newer apartment for the same price. Overall the complex is expensive but you honestly can’t beat the location and the service you get here."

"I have lived here for the past 2 years and I have loved every bit of it! Close to a lot of shopping and food with beautiful views of Beavercreek. The office staff have always been amazing and more help than I could ever ask for! They have fun events including food trucks and Easter egg hunts. I have lived in L1 and L2 and both are great communities! It just depends on what style fits you best. The pool and gym are always clean. Maintenance is always friendly and get things done fast! I had a lot of maintenance issues with simple things like the locks on the doors needing batteries but they would get it done in a timely manner even after hours. The last year an a half I lived there, I was by myself and they make sure when it’s just you that you have emergency maintenance available at all times incase anything were to break that could result in you being in danger. I would 100% recommend anyone to live here if they are looking in the Beavercreek area. Although a little on the expensive side, it is worth it!"

"I absolutely LOVE living here! The apartment is topnotch and very easy to create a home here. It is safe and near many restaurants and stores. The staff is very professional and helpful in a timely manner. I've lived here for 4 years and never had a problem contacting someone when I needed help. I would recommend this apartment to my friends and family in a heartbeat!"
