"I called the emergency maintenence because my toulet wouldn't flush at all and was told I'll let them know and it was two hours so I called back and it was a woman and she said we don't send nobody for a toilet and I said well the gentleman didn't say that to me and I kept waiting for them to show upI said he never told me that."

"This has by far been the worst apartment experience I’ve ever had. Whoever the property “manager” is needs to learn to manage themselves a little bit more. Incredibly rude and offensive. She constantly would speak over me and raise her voice whenever I had comments or concerns she’d fire back “well I’m the property manager, so I’ll tell you how this is going to go.” This place has really gone down hill especially recently and I have actively told friends of mine not to waste their time with this location"

"Worst Place ever! Kept the deposit money.. never confirmed the apartment availability. Never replies to phone calls and emails. After sending several emails and calling for thousands times, They showed the actual apartment, which was dirty as hell and all kitchen equipment were thousand years old and scratchy, smelly.The bathroom sink and ventilation were full with spider webs as well as the Bedroom and living room ventilation. The storage looked creepy with all the dirt and spider webs. The laundry room is small as hell. I don't know how people are gonna store washer dryer there and move around??? Since we already paid the deposit and the so called 48 hours was gone, they never showed us the actual apartment within that hour limit, we were afraid to cancel. So, We asked if they will change those equipment and clean the apartment properly and the REFUSED To change anything. So We cancelled the apartment and Lost out $333.00 Deposit money. The property manager Cathy never wanted to talk with us after she got the deposit money. Whenever we went there to ask them to show us the apartment or other application concern, she would send us to a different person. I do not trust this place and people. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"Place is truly heaven. Best thing about this place is we have MEIJR at walkable distance, whereas gas station, mcd, Walmart, Olive Garden, etc within distance of 2 miles. The apartments are quite elegant. The locality is silent and no disturbance at all.The office service is no super fast but but they delay in fixing some issues with houses. The gym doesn’t has equipments except dumbels, trademill. Good place to stay at really less price."
