"Horrible management. It took them over 3 months to send me back my security deposit, which technically is a violation on their end. Management was in a constant revolving door as they had 9 different property managers over the 2 years I lived there so you could never get a good answer and the Olshan properties associates never responded to any emails. I wish I could give them 0 stars."

"Management of this place is terrible and the noise levels are awful. I lived there 2 years and would discourage anyone interested in residing there. Despite to convenient location the cons far outweigh the pros. Even the process of getting your security deposit back is a nightmare... the primary business office is in New York and are still in violation of Ohio revised code in returning deposits within 30 days."

"Updated Review* I originally had trouble contacting the office when I first applied. I later found out that I had applied when they going through some staff turnover. A couple days after posting this I was contacted by Sonia, and she helped me find a good apartment. I was worried about the noise, but it's very soundproof, I can't hear my neighbors or any street noise. Traffic isn't much of an issue either. There are back entrances and exits to avoid the crowds, and it's actually very accessible. I can park in the garage at the back of the building and take the walkway over to the apartment. Living near the food and shopping is very convenient. Overall I'm very happy, it's convenient, staff has been responsive since I moved in, and it's reasonably priced."

"Fantastic place to live so far! The management staff are very kind and personable, and maintenance was very quick to fix a couple of little things we asked about the first week we moved in. VERY quiet; we have neighbors on all sides and I can't hear anything unless I stand right next to our front door. And although we chose one of the smallest floor plans, it feels HUGE. The kitchen layout is more spacious than any apartment I've had, even two-bedrooms! The community amenities (gym, community room, etc.) are always tidy - if I didn't know better, I would think it was a hotel. And obviously, the location is unbeatable! Ample (free) garage parking for our two cars and any guests we have over. I really can't imagine living anywhere else at this point!"

"The worst company you could possibly rent from. Getting a bill 8 months after moving out, no phone call no email no letter prior to 8 months after move out (all info was correct and up to date), full deposit returned at move out, but 8 MONTHS AFTER MOVING OUT they send a bill and threaten collections. We agree to terms and pay the set amount...the bill still goes to collections. NOT WORTH ANY OF THE HASSLE, ZERO STARS, DON’T EVER LIVE HERE."
