Laurel Springs Apartments

"I have been renting at Laurel Springs for about a year and a half. While the community can have its drawbacks at times, see: no w/d hookups in 1 bedroom. This is more than made up for by price, quiet location, and above all else the friendly and accommodating nature of the staff is unmatched. I’ve rented from major new developments, paid 3x in rent what I do now, and not had the level of care I have gotten from Pam (property manager) on many fronts! Thank you for being awesome at what you do!"

"Just signed my 3rd lease here. Pam the property manager has been amazing. Now that there is a new maintenance person who lives on site that's been amazing as well. I recommend this place. For the most part it's very quiet. And if it's not because of neighbors pam takes care of it!! I feel sage here with my kids. My only complaint are the other dog owners need to learn to clean up after their dogs. But that's not on the complex as a whole."

"I’ve lived here for about a year and a half now in a one bedroom apartment on the top floor. I’ve gone through a lot of financial hardships recently and the apartment manager Pam has been so helpful from the minute I moved in. She will always keep it real with you and she gets stuff done. You can tell she 100% cares about the tenants and does everything in her power to help them. With my recent financial setback she has been more than willing to work with me on payments. She even introduced me to city funded assistance and has helped me with the application process. I’ve never once had a problem with bugs or appliances. Maintenance on your apartment gets done fast. Neighbors are good for the most part. Noise is to be expected living in any apartment complex like these but it’s not terrible. I take walks every night and feel safe in the neighborhood. The only downside is there really isn’t any visitor parking. Other than that, I absolutely love living here. It’s close to Enon, Huber, Beavercreek. There’s lots of restaurants, shops, and entertainment nearby. Wright State and Wright Patt are very close. I’d recommend Laurel Springs to everybody!"

"My wife and I lived here for 3 years. It was an inexpensive and nice place to live while we worked on saving money for a house. The property manager, Pam, is a kind and diligent person who cares about renters’ experiences, works hard to solve problems, and communicates promptly. She’s exactly the type of person you want in this role. Here’s some info about the apartment. We rented a single bedroom one: - Repairs, when needed, were consistently prompt. - Insects were never a problem. - The area is nice and everything you need is very local with the mall area being nearby and a ton of businesses & restaurants operating locally. - The property is maintained well. There are, of course, a few inconsiderate tenants, but overall, it’s a nice place and the owner is invested in maintaining it. They just painted the complex and it looks nice. : ) - Energy bills were always very low. Ultimately, I’d recommend this place without any hesitation to anyone looking for an entry-level apartment."
