"If I could give them -5 I would. They’ve entered my apartment without the presence of an adult. My kids homeschool and I work full time. So my kids are there full time. The first day I moved in I woke up at 3:00 a.m. to bed bugs crawling all over me and my brand new bed. The old apartment manager took care of the problem with the help of me and the exterminators. It was 3 months until I could sleep in my room. I had a clog in my downstairs bathroom to where we would have to scoop the water out and dump it in the toilet. It took 3 months before they actually hired a plumber to fix the job. Now my bathtub is peeling. Maintenance cut through my wall and just left it like that. The only reason my drain was fixed was because they had “inspections.” They would send maintenance to my apartment for false reasons. Things they reported but weren’t there. So maintenance just ended up leaving. They have been doing “inspections” since November it is now January. They’ve been in my apartment so much I feel like they should pay my rent. The manager that’s there now is miserable and very angry: she yells at all the tenants and threatens to kick them out. She’s rude and very unprofessional. The old manager was way better and more understanding. The police are here every night. Someone got shot one night and the whole complex was shut down because the shooter was on the loose. 2 nights ago 2 men were being arrested in my unit for fighting. There’s constantly drugs and drug deals going on here. This complex is not safe. I will be contacting an attorney and the housing authorities. This place isn’t safe if you have children."

"Well we have new management out here and they're doing a wonderful job upgrading everything out here. I'm excited about all the new things that are about to happen. I love everyone in the office their very understanding.just sad that they had to come and clean up some one mess. Big ups to the new team. Thank you for showing up and showing out. "I lived here for 2 years while I was putting myself through nursing school and it was awful. They come into your apartment multiple times a month for “inspections.” Talk about absolutely no privacy. Then when I was moving out I gave 3 different 30 day notices and they refused to respond to any of them. I called and left voicemails and still no response. I ended up calling the property manager and they were able to get them to call me once and I wasn’t allowed to answer due to being at work. They didn’t even do a move out inspection until 3 months after I already moved out and then didn’t bother to contact me about charges they had for me. I just get a notice in the mail 2 years later that I have charges reported to my credit report that were never paid. Not to mention the walls were paper thin and all I could ever hear was my downstairs neighbors physically fighting each other until they finally got evicted. I can’t count the number of times you would find a toddler randomly wandering the parking lot and would have to scoop them up until you could find their parents who weren’t paying attention to their kids. More than once I had people trying to force their way into my apartment. Just a scummy place."

"I wouldn’t move in these apartments, unless it’s your only option. The main lady in the leasing office is very rude and disrespectful and the other employees in there seem to be just following her orders. They don’t care about the residents who live here and treat them like they’re beneath them. If for any reason you need your rent lowered they’ll take their time doing it but when it’s time to raise your rent they seem to move fast! It’s really sad that they can get away with treating residents like this. I have complained several times and nothing was ever done. They come off very nice but you will soon realize they aren’t there to help you, no matter what your situation is."
