"I don’t understand how they can hire landscape people and pay people to leaf-blow, but can’t afford and see the need to fix the huge potholes everywhere. I shouldn’t have to worry about running one over and damaging my tire or hurting myself walking at night because of laziness."

"This is a nice, cozy apartment complex to live in. Management is quick to answer and the apartments are nice and affordable. The area is also nice and has great landscaping. It’s right next to the community park too so that’s a plus as well :)"
"The staff here are extremely friendly, and maintenance is always on top of things and will see you generally within 24 hours of a request. It's a small community that feels like home. Wish they'd fix the dip in the sidewalk though as water accrues there. Edit: This was fixed. There's onsite laundry. The apartments themselves have tons of storage areas, extra shelving in the main room, and an attic. Not a very big kitchen though."
"The reason I chose Treeborn is because it is quiet and the people are friendly. I work between WPAFB AND RAFB in Georgia. One thing you will always know is the people make the community and there are issues anywhere you go. For me the staff is always responsive to my needs and Greg is always helpful. Michele is very responsive and my neighbors are amazing people. That is why I am here."
