"I am amazed by the way this apartment complex is ran. The complex is ran with the highest ethical, honest, and all around true professionals. My 1st experience ever living in an apartment and was so worried until I met "wonder woman" YES Cindy is a real life super hero and you just don't meet many like her. I truly appreciate all the ladies at the front office because they bring a standard of accountability that keeps this entire apartment complex clean, nice, and full of good respectful people. The apartment complex provides such a charming and truly a warm home feeling. Honestly I could have chosen any apartment complex but as soon as I met Cindy I knew it was the "right place". Even though it's not a fancy complex, it's real and down to earth. Being humble and kind keeps you grounded. I will always recommend and speak highly about "Charter Woods" This place will always be part of my life that will live on close to my heart. Thank you to the front office staff - You ladies make this place wonderful, please don't ever feel like your not touching lives or making a difference----YOU ARE!!! To anyone looking for an apartment this is definitely your place on 1 condition: Come here if you understand the biblical saying Mark 12:31"

"I lived here for 2 years. Cindy, Wendy, and staff were exceptional. They really acted as pillars of the community. Thanks to them I was able to add a cat to my family and move in and out without a hassle. I've never found anything about the property unreasonable nor unpleasant. Repairs were made quickly and done well by the staff. Thank you for being so awesome, I hope the quality of the property persists beyond my tenancy."

Maintenance staff is amazing, they come same day or next day you put in a request, they always salt the street/sidewalks when bad snow comes. Office staff is always wonderful, I’ve never had any issues. I upgraded to a two bedroom apartment not too long ago and still love being here."

"I love living here. I definitely recommend an apartment here. The neighborhood is quiet. Nice area to walk, with hiking trails, the grounds are kept-up nicely. The rent and pet policy are very reasonable. The maintenance team are super-efficient, the staff is courteous and always been helpful. It is a short commute to Wright-Patterson Air Force Base."
