"I like living here. It's probably one of the better apartment's I was able to find and the maintenance crew is really fast at fixing work orders. They also do a good job at keeping the area surrounding very nice."

"Pros: 1. Maintenance is quick to respond, courteous and fixes problems thoroughly. 2. Location. Nearby shopping, WPAFB and Wright State. 3. Nice amenities 4. Dog friendly and good place to take walks. 5. The office staff is fair. They responded to any needs I may have had during my stay. I cleaned my apartment when I left and received the majority of my deposit back. Cons: 1. Outdated and overpriced. Charging Beavercreek prices but not good quality. Outdated cabinets and carpet. Some apartments have been renovated but the price is still too high for the area. 2. Smells. You will smell everything your neighbor cooks or smokes. There is a shared entry in some units and the smell hits you as soon as you enter. 3. Forced fiber internet. You now have to pay for internet service that they provide weather you choose to use it or not. Might be ok for some but I wanted to stay with my provider. 4 . Not very efficient. My electric bill was double than my current apartment and it never got as cool as my current apartment. Overall this is a good complex for students that are sharing expenses or military that need somewhere close to work for the short term. If you are looking to make it a home long term 3+ years than there are nicer and more spacious apartments in the area for the same price range. Good staff, amenities and close to everything. For perspective I lived in a 2bed 1 bath 3rd floor for 3 years. My apartment was not one of the renovated models but the rent increase was dramatic especially when you factor in the included internet fee. This is the main reason for my moving. I upgraded to a newer apartment complex and had 2 baths for less than what I was paying there. Same general area. I neither loved or hated my experience there so I tried to give it a fair review."

"I called about needing my apartment sprayed for spiders. The maintenance staff came that day and sprayed my place to kill them. It's really a good feeling to know that when you call about a problem prompt and quick attention will be delivered and my issue will be solved."
