"Last night, the lawn sprinkler systems erroneously ran, and because it's the middle of December and the overnight temperature was around 20, it created a layer of ice on nearly all of the sidewalks surrounding the buildings. This created a very dangerous situation for anyone who needed to enter/exit the buildings or walk their dogs. When I called to notify them, they were very dismissive and rude. They didn't apologize, and just said they would "look into it". Talk about careless!"
