"Last night, the lawn sprinkler systems erroneously ran, and because it's the middle of December and the overnight temperature was around 20, it created a layer of ice on nearly all of the sidewalks surrounding the buildings. This created a very dangerous situation for anyone who needed to enter/exit the buildings or walk their dogs. When I called to notify them, they were very dismissive and rude. They didn't apologize, and just said they would "look into it". Talk about careless!"
"Colin was super helpful in getting our ceiling fan back in working order after an electrical surge turned off our outlets. Rewired the entire thing and was always prompt in responding to texts and phone calls."
"Always appreciate how quickly Maintenance responds to our requests for a repair in our home. Colin lets us know he will be coming by, which is courteous. Today he came by to change our furnace filter and check a leaky toilet. He fixed the leak quickly and spotted an old part about to break, so he replaced that part with a new one. Preventative maintenance is terrific. Then he told us what he found and how he repaired it. Colin is not only a professional, but always friendly and kind."
