"If You Want Peace Move Here! Just Moved Out, I Had A Wonderful 2 Years. If I Didn’t Need A Little More Space I Would Have Definitely Stayed. Great Management, Very Caring & Considerate, Beautiful Quiet Neighborhood, Friendly Neighbors, No Missing Packages Ever!, Very Clean And Kept Up With, Great Communication, & By Lots Of Shopping Areas And Food Places. I Love This Complex So Much & Would Highly Recommend! My Aes Bills Were Always Very Low, Just A Great & Peaceful Place To Live!!!"
"Our electric bills were through the roof due to the drafty windows and poorly insulated/thin walls. The first year I lived here, snow removal was non-existent. I’m very lucky to have worked from home at that time, but I felt for all those who didn’t. I put in several service requests to fix our bathtub, as the plastic coating on the outside was peeling off in large pieces. I even offered my own accommodations to use a friend’s bathroom, so that they could replace it. It was still falling apart when I moved out. Shared hallways and stairways were never cleaned in two years. Very loud area with very loud neighbors (or very thin walls couldn’t really tell)."
"If I could rate zero stars, I would. I stayed here for a year and they charged 750$ for pest control as move out damages. They blame me for not reporting. The management was completely unprofessional, rude and sarcastic. They never send you proofs or notices or bills and just add charges to my account. Definitely *****DO NOT RECOMMEND.******* Don't fall for school being closer."
