"They allow weed smoking inside the units and buildings even though it’s against and violates the contract. I told the office many time about weed smell and they are unable to do anything about it and I have to call police. This is will never end. I have a baby and there are other kids that live here so definitely not healthy AT ALL. I have breathing issues and can’t breathe well when I smell the weed coming inside my unit. Management is not doing their job by keeping this place enjoyable. Update: this place will never get any better and never care about our concerns. The quality of neighborhood, neighbors, managements, and services are below zero."

"You can’t get a hold of anyone in the office at all. I’ve called and left 3 voicemails. You can increase rent but you can’t return phone calls or have anyone in the office. The police are out here every day. From the lease agreement violators should be evicted."

"This is what you’ll have to walk by and through everyday. Black mold and trash residue from people dragging trash around. The people that live here have completely trashed this place and nothing is done about it. It’s nothing like the photos. Maintenance sucks, there’s trash everywhere."

"Not a safe place to live they allowed drug use they also allow harassing they do not follow the lease that you sign they also discriminate against you I'm moving out due to harassment and I have fair housing involved the management promised the neighbor above me would stop harassing me and it's been going on even after they promised they would stop it the lady above me also had 3 lease violations and they allowed her to stay. Looks nice from the road but when you move in here it's the trashiest living. The two apartments you definitely do not want to live in is c 101 and 102 the neighbors above you are very noisy and beautiful will not stop also management here does not care if you're vehicles get trashed call some to put cameras up to keep themselves safe and they discriminate on others tell them to pull them down or they will get charged if they have to pull them down so they don't want you feeling safe here."
