"Lived here 6 months and I hate it . I will be moving soon ASAP . Do not move here …. The kids are disrespectful. The parents don’t care what they do they never around. You can’t get to the office if you work a real job because the office hours always changing. Just not worth it. There’s so much more to say ."

"when i first moved here i thought it would be a nice environment but the customer service lady (Ann is her name) is so rude & nasty, she not nice at all. BUT, I can say they move quick far as helping you but as a landlord you supposed to treat your tenants with respect. she so rude everyday. if i could give 0 stars i would. would not recommend!"

"new to town...I give it a 3.5 so far..the 2 bedroom apartments are really nice & they keep the apartments & yard well maintenance!. Haven't had any problems so far...but I do dislike the fact that there's not really anything close by in walking distance like a grocery store & etc.. the grocery store is 15mins away from here...not a big deal...but I'd advise anyone who's going to rent here to have a car to get around in painesville... especially with the crazy winter months...but it's not too bad...its a dollar tree, rite aid , & CVS 6mins away driving distance...but like I said...its 15mins just to get to the grocery store...so please have a car to get around..itll make life much easier"

"Lived here for almost 9 years in the 2 bedroom apartments. Margie is a great landlord. She is understanding if you're upfront with her. Her assistant is changed every few months so don't get attached. Her last one was John. The apartments were remodeled but in my opinion, with cheap material almost 6 years ago. Blinds break over nothing and you're charged for any damage, blinds are $23, doors are $70, light bulbs are $6, bathroom cabinet was $85, the thermostat $41 and screen $14. I have friends there that verify this. You can get it fixed but have 30 days to pay the damages or your evicted, it's in your lease. You have ten days to report income changes and yes "dancing" is considered income to them and if you do "dance" you better report or stop because they always find out. One girl got caught and kicked out for not paying the rent hat they said she owed. You can only have guests over 14 days every 6 months or they're considered moved in and have to be put in your lease. You get 3-6 inspections a year to make sure your house is mess free, no people living there that are not on the lease, and nothing is damaged. Basically your a responsible and clean person. Inspections are done in the order they choose, and they give you from 8am-5pm to come in. They give you a notice but don't be surprised with a 24 hr one. If you're clean that shouldn't be a bother. Just gets annoying after a while when you're not there and they still come in. I don't trust when I'm not there. Had an iPod stolen once but no one did it. Have renters insurance, you never know what might happen. Avoid building E. That's the problematic building it seems. People are kicked out there the most from what I saw. The most I got in a light bill was $80 with the AC, $30 without. Gas comes between $30-$50 depending how much you use it. They do have a small park and court yard for the kids but you have to be careful because some nieghbors don't watch their kids and they can be rude. The elementary school near by is Maple Elementry. No bus is provided. Not a fan. Always some crazy stuff happening in the school. The middle School is Heritage middle school and high school is Harvey high school. Bus is provided for those. If you don't want your kids in the "ghetto" don't move here. They have a small hall in the office that can be rented for $100 in a blank money order and if you leave it clean and damage free, basically like they left it, they return the money order back. Good for birthday party. Has a stove but can only be used to heat the food, no cooking. The police is always coming in to keep an eye on drivers and kids. I give it a 4 because of all the inspections, ridiculous pricing on damages, 70 for a door that the handle broke, mind you the doors even a 3 year old can break, the unprofessionalism of the assistant managers; I rather wait and talk to Margie Munnings, and the problematic neighbors I had there."
