"There was a ton of illegal smoking in my building. The carpet was never replaced after previous tenant, making it pretty worn down when I moved in.When I moved out I cleaned the carpet and replaced shades with newer, more modern ones. The apartment looked as it did when I moved in, if not BETTER! Yet, management gave me half my security deposit back saying the carpet wasnt cleaned. Stating, I didnt show proof or receipt of purchased shampoo, (no need to buy, I already had some)claiming $70 for that but still only gave me half of a security deposit back!If u intend on a deposit back to ever go somewhere else, this IS NOT the place to go. Also, am writing this review per the request of a prior tenant who is not able to."
"I have lived here for 11 yrs. The rent is a little high but I like the location. It's close to town but still back off of the main street. Maintenance answers service calls quickly. Laundry on site also a plus"
