"Nice and clean, no bugs, spacious bathroom, decent/safe semi-rural area. The mattress was a bit firm for my taste but not bad. The owners are very nice. Fairly convenient for driving to Cleveland and Chagrin Falls. The small town of Madison is much closer and has a quaint old-time feel with beautiful houses, a town square, and little shops."

"People were friendly, location was quiet, and room was freshly remodeled. I had no issues at all and was very comfortable. I will stay here next time I am in the area. Only reason room did not get 5 stars- packets of soap/shampoo not enough( dollar store is right down road so no big deal) towels are small and I wish I had a blanket- bed just had sheet and comforter and no one uses comforter from a hotel… none of these issues were real concerns. Great place to stay!"

"The motel is currently being remodeled, so imperfections are understandable and not a problem. The flooring and bathroom were beautiful. The shower was spacious with a rain type shower head, which was very nice. The shower was tiled by obviously skilled professionals. However, there is no electrical outlet where the coffee maker resides on too of a cabinet, which housed a nice sized small refrigerator and microwave. The floors, without appearing so were very dirty. The rag on top of some towels in one of the pictures was used to clean my feet after walking on the floor barefoot. A simple swiffering would have cleared this heavy dust. The room was a smoking room but contained no ashtray, so the sink had cigarette burns all along its edges. The coffee provided is extremely weak and inadequate to the pot provided. The beds seem to tilt toward the headboard so laying on them properly felt like you were hanging downwards. Flipping to the other end remedied that. The slightest bump against the mattress sends it sliding on its base. The toilet paper roll was nearly empty when we arrived and all tissue was used by morning with no back up roll in the room. The bathroom door does not close. The price was great and the checkout time generous."
