The Village at Cobblestone Court

"Lived here for 2 years. The Village is a safe, clean, well-maintained, relaxing environment to live with secnic views, and easy access to highways/short drive to city conveniences. The attached garages are a huge bonus during the winter months, and generally year round. If it was an option to buy a unit as a condo, I would've vs moving out. All staff is friendly and quick to respond, and I always felt comfortable with being alone in my apartment with the maintenance staff, who are awesome btw! Neighbors have all been friendly as well, which is a plus when in the dog park letting the doggos play. Given all the positives I've experienced over 2 years of living here, the rent premium is well worth the value you receive, and I recommend this apartment complex."

"I can't express in words how easy it was working with the office ladies. My apartment was nice rent was a bit higher than other places, but the staff made that difference up. I started with Makayla and she let me know what information I needed to get to them when I showed up slightly unprepared. When I came back Debbie was the only one working and she was just as wonderful While I'm still in my first couple months of living here I had issues with my sink and when I called Deana sent out one of the maintenance guys insanely quick. I have nothing but good things to say about the Village"

"The maintenance and help desk ladies are no help at all. My partner and I moved in at the end of May and have experienced nothing but headaches. Our bedroom has flooded twice and they have acted with no urgency to the point where mold grew on our baseboards. They told us they were aware of the situation before we moved in but said it was too expensive to fix. They will stop responding to their emergency line if it inconveniences them and get angry if you call. Debbie is very unprofessional and will not "be happy to help" like she says. She has said she would do multiple tasks for us and has not followed through once, all while having a negative attitude. We love the apartment but cannot overstate how disappointed we are with the customer service."
