"I will be visiting town in the next week and was looking for a Holiday Inn somewhat close to the Cleveland Clinic. I called this hotel to inquire about the distance between them and the Clinic. The gentleman who helped me, Adrien I believe, was incredibly kind and resourceful! Even after we figured out I’d be too far from the Clinic, he went above and beyond and gave me the phone number and directions to a closer property. Traveling alone is very overwhelming in my advanced age, but this young man is a wonderful addition to this property and it needed to be said. Thank you again!"

"Absolutely wonderful clean rooms and spotless lobby but we were staying 2 nights at 244.00 plus taxes a night. My husband checked with housekeeping about when our room would be cleaned and fresh towels..when we e returned to the hotel around 9pm our room was not cleaned and no fresh towel. Staff at the desk said if you were staying more than one night your room was not cleaned or fresh towels were replaced . The excuse was covid which was bull since covid precautions has expired. So follow travelers beware of this hotel they make policies at their discretion and charge huge amount for a experience of dirty towels and unmade bed. Another traveler had been there for 5 days and it was the same treatment by Holiday express...."
