"This place just recently got bought by Pero Real Estate LLC / Brick and Mortar Property Management LLC, and ever since no maintenance ever gets done. Our washer has been broken most of the year and just recently got fixed, still no updates about the cockroaches, and it took months just to get a pipe glued. Don't move here, it's a waste of money. UPDATE: Our washing machine had been broken for months. Turns out there was just a coin stuck in the slot. Poked it with a piece of wire and it works. Dont move here!"
